No trip to Singapore would be complete without sampling some of the delicious edible fair that they have on offer.

You absolutely cannot pass up the opportunity to sample some of the delicious street food available. The best places to get this is in the hawker centers which are akin to food courts. These offer very delicious, authentic fare that won’t break the bank!

Make sure that you sample the spiced, creamy coconut soup called Laksa at Sungei Road, it’s divine. Then there is a Chicken Rice which is a super popular dish, of you’ve guessed it, chicken and rice! Or if you are after something a little sweeter why not pay somewhere like the Cat & the Fiddle a visit, and sample some of their legendary cheesecake range?

As most folks know Singapore is a haven for ultra modern architecture. So no trip to this city would be complete with a visit to the jewel in the crown the Tiger Sky Tower. Travel 131m up to the top for the most amazing views of the bay and across the city.

Or if you are looking for something a little older, why not visit the famous Buddha Tooth Temple? Said to be the resting place of one of the Buddha’s very own dental appendages! The temple is built in a tradition style and is well worth a visit.
